Charlotte has always had a love of cooking and food and an interest in health.
Having personally suffered for many years with gastrointestinal symptoms which were greatly improved through dietary manipulation by the help of a dietitian, Charlotte has always been fascinated by nutrition’s impact on the body.
It was this that led Charlotte to the University of Nottingham, to study BSc (Hons) in Nutrition, and then successfully gaining a place to train at the prestigious King’s College London for her MSc in Dietetics, and qualifying as a registered dietitian.
Since graduating, Charlotte has worked at several London hospitals in one of the largest NHS Trusts, working in array of medical specialisms.
This wealth of experience allows Charlotte to help her clients with an array of conditions and health concerns, including:
Passionate about helping people establish good and healthy relationships with food,
Charlotte founded DINE, publishing articles and VLOGs to help educate, empower and engage individuals with evidence-based scientific nutrition knowledge to help restore healthy relationships with food and our bodies.
Charlotte has also exercised her lending her skills to several community nutrition related projects, including volunteering with Jamie’s Ministry of Food and an eating disorder recovery course in Kensington, London.
